iirc the post was a tiktok of a system expressing multiple gender identities & sexualities bc they are a system and non-systems were not Getting it so one of my alters posted smth like “Ofc it’s going to affect your identity. It’s called dissociative identity disorder”
My favorite DID tweet is when one of mine blew up last year and someone said DID isn’t real because people have transfem alters

And push for artists to get paid royalties! We should be able to retire while the show's go on air for the next twenty years.
I should say the people trying to use this situation to be like "I TOLD YOU SO!" or "VIV HAS ALWAYS BEEN EVIL!" are being disingenuous. we, ideally, should be using this situation to emphasise the need for drastic change in the animation industry & wider creative industries.

I'm sorry but Spindlehorse deserves all the criticism coming their way this time around, paying someone genuine sweatshop wages (less than 10 DOLLARS AN HOUR) for significant artistic contributions to a Helluva Boss episode is vile.

Instead of a like or dislike button there should just be a like and "❓" button. there's a lot of posts where i'd like to send a quick "❓"

The abused person’s primary experience is not feeling abused but feeling confused. Don’t let people withhold clarity ever.

The basic idea is, disconnection (or lack of connection) = dissociation. It comes in dissociative disorders, trauma, autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and normal everyday life unrelated to mental health, too. (cont)

Speaking of borderline personality disorder, I’m wondering if it is under diagnosed in men.

I'm increasingly convinced that the willingness to change your mind is the ultimate sign of intelligence. The most impressive people I know change their minds often in response to new information. It's like a software update. The goal isn't to be right. It's to find the truth.
