For attorneys working on 2022 compliance, today’s deadline requires payment of all fees and completion/reporting of all hours for 2022. For hours not yet reported, use the Affidavit of Compliance available on the website.

If you working on your CLE hours for 2022, remember providers have 30 days to report hours to the Commission. Just make sure the hours are completed in 2022 to avoid penalties. Reporting can come later.

Attorneys who passed the July bar (Congrats!) and are now licensed in Tennessee do not have a TN CLE obligation for 2022. Plus, you will receive full 2023 credits for passing the 2022 bar exam.
The Commission is starting to send Progress Reports for 2022 TN CLE compliance. Attorneys have until December 31, 2022 to earn 15 hours of CLE (3 ethics/12 general).
