Was gut laufen kann.

Anthropic's 85% margin excludes the cloud partners' cut. H1 2026 revenue was $16.286bn. Cost of revenue was $2.380bn, almost all compute serving customers. That's about 15% of revenue. Claude also reaches customers through $AMZN $GOOGL $MSFT. About 48% of H1 revenue came through their marketplaces. They collect the bill and take a cut. Those fees sit below gross profit. Deduct the whole $3.168bn sales, marketing and partnerships line, mainly channel fees, and the margin is about 66%. Training adds another bill. Replace cost of revenue with all $8.945bn of compute and infrastructure and about 45% remains, before partner fees. These are separate cost views. The path is more direct enterprise sales and revenue growing faster than training spend. Keep more of each customer dollar and spread training across more usage. Cheap inference gives Anthropic room to get there.

I see years of work before SpaceX rivals $TMUS as a phone carrier. Starlink already sells home internet through a dish. Normal phones indoors and in cities are a different job. Capacity is spectrum times reuse times efficiency. Towers reuse the same MHz every few miles. A satellite beam shares its capacity across a huge area. More users leave less for each phone. Walls weaken the signal. SpaceX has 65 MHz from EchoStar. It targets late 2027 for next generation service and thousands more satellites by end 2028. It describes the service as comparable to LTE. Its pending deal for the 800 MHz band targets indoor coverage. T-Mobile averaged 394 MHz of low and mid band at end 2025. Its nationwide standalone 5G already uses 2.5 GHz mid band for capacity. Dense cells put that spectrum to work. SpaceX says its next generation augments terrestrial 5G. T-Mobile already sells Starlink coverage through T-Satellite. That is the path to coverage everywhere. Satellites fill dead zones. Dense mid band carries the load in cities and indoors.

AI is helping set the price of its own money. The Fed went from near zero in 2022 to 5.25 to 5.50% in 2023. Cuts took it to 3.50 to 3.75% last December. September brought a hike back to 3.75 to 4%. A pause is expected today. The Fed sets overnight rates. Data centers borrow for years. Long bonds price off the 10 year Treasury yield plus a spread for credit risk. That yield topped 5% today. Goldman puts data center spreads above 400bp. Long yields reflect expected Fed moves and inflation. Government borrowing and AI builders compete for the same capital. AI spending strains chip and computer supply. Higher prices keep the Fed tight. Expensive debt then raises the cost of funding the next data center. Demand arrives before productivity does. Cash rich hyperscalers have room to keep building. Debt funded builders must prove cash flow. Money still flows, terms change. If supply catches up and AI raises output per worker, the build out pushing prices up now starts pulling them down. More growth without the same inflation pressure gives the Fed room to stop hiking and eventually cut.

3/3 The war is already leaking into the Black Sea littoral. A drone strike sank a merchant ship in Bulgaria’s exclusive economic zone. Crew missing. Sofia called it a gross violation of international law. Rescue was later halted. Separate Russian claims about tankers hit off Russia’s own coast keep the shipping lane on edge. Zaporizhzhia stays a pressure valve. Moscow said Ukrainian drones hit a lab and a waste plant at the Russian-held site. A driver was killed in that account. Kyiv has not commented in the pack. External power at the plant has been fragile for weeks. Second order. Germany is Europe’s biggest Ukraine backer. That makes Berlin a priority target for hybrid pressure, not a bystander. Air defence transfers and industrial capacity now sit next to domestic resilience. Leipzig was not a one-off anecdote in the intel hearing. It was the exhibit. Watch next. Whether the strike wave deepens against Ukrainian energy. Whether hybrid hits on EU logistics continue. Whether Berlin’s public warning hardens into concrete protection for critical sites.
