In 'Chronicles of The Tomb Raider', some events seems to be indirectly confirmed/changed, reading between the lines.
Kurtis Trent's "death" isn't mentioned, not even his lost combat. Just Lara "smiling" as she goes after him.
Amelia Croft's only mentioned fate is the LAU one.

Unification of Croft Manor: According to "Chronicles of the Tomb Raider", Lara restored Croft Manor twice: first after reclaiming it from her uncle Atlas de Mornay following Rise of the Tomb Raider. Atlas will also appear in the upcoming Amazon TV series. She later restored the manor after the fire in Tomb Raider: Underworld, adding modern upgrades. As the book states, "On the surface, the manor appears the same, but underneath, there have been considerable changes."
Could we see these changes in Tomb Raider: Catalyst?

Unfortunately from what the op has shared this book seems to be just a glorified encyclopedia of what happened in each game.
As conflicting inconsistencies in the games are still present in the book.
