We have been concerned for the safety of those who live in Troutville and @botetourtcounty. Now that our emergency is behind us the recovery from #Florence has only begun. If you have thought about helping with relief here is one option for your consideration.
Volunteers have been monitoring precipitation and stream gauges throughout the night and will continue well into the day. @BCPS_tweets are opening 2 hours late. If your going out today give yourself extra time for road conditions and possible debris or downed trees in the road.
