The Infernal Relations Kickstarter is now live until Aug 21st
A Trans-m/m angel/demon forbidden office romance in hellish hardback, plus a special 18+ heavenly edition with 70 extra spicy comic pages 😈
Sunday (5pm london time) I'm talking with my previous co-editor Ollie Hicks for the cartoonistcoop NIB & INK fest about our experiences of running a comic anthology
(and how to improve your pitches to them ✏️ )

It's my birthday this week! Which means I've dusted off the pile of dinked and damaged books and put them up in the store with most of them half price or better:

There is nothing better for Christmas than a romcom set in an office that spans heaven and hell, where touching between angels and demons is forbidden... INTERNAL RELATIONS, the new comics by @TabKimpton, is now available in the spicy Heavenly Edition.🤓
I've put up the Infernal Relations book in my webstore, so if you missed the kickstarter here you go!

Well that's a wrap on the Infernal Kickstarter!
Next for me is clearing my desk down, putting up the xmas decs and then taking a break until I figure out the next project!

I have read a lot of first comic scripts by new writers lately.
A lot of them have very good ideas, but make basic mistakes in execution.
Here are a few bits of advice if you are just starting out writing comics, things to avoid.
Other pros welcome to add to this thread.

In Search of Absent Pigments, part 1 of 4 🩵✨ A short comic by myself and @linkeepsitreal, originally published in the Come Together anthology, edited by @TabKimpton and myself.
ALT A cover for the comic In Search of Absent Pigments, depicting a hand reaching for a painting of a young man.
ALT In the present, a man is looking through an art market. Many years in the past, that same man is looking up.
ALT In the past, the man is standing in his studio, looking up at a life-sized painting he has drawn of a handsome, naked young man.
