@NS_Int you sold me an int ticket again (with bike!) that has impossible connections. Happened twice before. This time btwn Nijmegen - Hamburg. Apparently the train connection between Hengelo - Bad Bentheim seldom works according to your local staff. If so, then why sell it??
@NS_Int As now Im in a bus with my bike racing for Bad Bentheim while I already know I will miss all my connections up to Hamburg and get stuck with my bike as my bike reservations are invalid in other trains. And this happened twice before. So annoying and unprofessional!
