It’s so encouraging in coaching as well as life to be around people with humility. To be Elite is to have humility. Celebrating your teammates success, your friends success, your colleagues success is so important for a team of any kind. It’s what makes the great, Great! #HookEm
Best times in college athletics happen when there are no cameras and it’s just the dudes!
If you listen closely, you can hear the #OkState players singing Country Roads in the postgame locker room.
Take notice! She’s a difference maker… looking forward to year two with this team. #Together

Head Coaches: Want your staff to be loyal to you?
Be loyal to them.
Give credit publicly.
Correct privately.
Defend them when appropriate.
Include them in decisions.
Invest in their careers.
Celebrate when they get opportunities, even when losing them makes your job harder.
You don’t demand loyalty from staff. You earn it.
Congrats Reagan!! You’ve got some great days ahead of you! Keep working
Blessed to receive an offer from @ConnorsWBB! Thank you to @CoachJThompson0 and the entire coaching staff for believing in me! Grateful for this opportunity!

Quick release 3, R & L handed finishes, variety of finishes, the basket and foul. Great athleticism and loves the game!
Great days ahead Ava!
Aday Mara makes a lot of money so he can hear just how bad and heartless he is playing! Dudes body is 7’3 and his heart is 4 rebounds big. I’m afraid that dude is a bust! @okcthunder
