Kenzie Anne didn't quit the adult film industry because she fell in love. She quit after a Valentine's Day experience with a man she wasn't even seriously dating.
What caught my attention was that she understood his discomfort instead of blaming him. That moment made her reflect on how her career was affecting her emotionally.
The bigger lesson here is that making money from something doesn't automatically mean you're happy doing it.
Sometimes, people continue doing things because they're profitable, even when the emotional cost keeps increasing.
I respect her decision because she didn't need a serious relationship or anyone's approval to walk away.
Not everything that pays you is worth your peace of mind.
Kenzie Anne says she quit porn the day after Valentine's Day, and the guy she was dating is why she noticed.
“I had been dating somebody at the time. It wasn't that serious.”
“I just spent Valentine's Day with him, he couldn't get hard for me.”
“He's like, ‘I know you're going to fuck someone tomorrow and that's kind of not turning me on.’”
“I was like, ‘Damn, I get that. If I was in your shoes, I would probably feel the same way.’”
“It wasn't even anybody I cared about enough to be like, ‘I'm quitting porn for you.’”
“It was me quitting porn for me.”
“I just don't want to feel this way about myself anymore.”
“It feels like I'm sharing myself with a lot of people and for me personally, it just started feeling emotionally taxing.”
“I had sex with so many people. It just all of a sudden hit me one day.”

How do you compare a coach who works with his team all season to one who gets just a few games with his players?
Gary Neville has questioned why Luis de la Fuente won Men’s Coach of the Year over Luis Enrique and Mikel Arteta.
Club managers spend months building chemistry, refining tactics and adapting when things go wrong. National team coaches have less time together, but they can benefit from the foundations players develop at their clubs.
Of course, winning an international tournament deserves recognition. But should a few successful games outweigh an entire season of coaching?
If these awards are meant to recognise the best coach, the work behind the trophy should matter just as much as the trophy itself.
🚨🗣️ Gary Neville questions the Ballon d’Or organisers for naming Luis de la Fuente Men’s Coach of the Year over Luis Enrique and Mikel Arteta.
“How do you overlook Luis Enrique, who won Ligue 1 and the Champions League back to back after managing 56 games and Mikel Arteta, who managed 63 games, won the Premier League, arguably the most competitive league in the world and reached the UCL final, in favour of a coach whose achievements came in a seven game international tournament?
Club managers spend an entire season developing these players, only for national team coaches to benefit from that work and receive the individual recognition. When will club managers get the credit they deserve?
This decision raises serious questions about the criteria behind these awards.”

If you judge strikers only by goals, you're missing half the game.
For me, Benzema ranks first, followed by Suárez. What separates Benzema is his ability to combine elite finishing with intelligent movement, link-up play, chance creation, and bringing teammates into the game.
Suárez offered many of those same qualities, making him a worthy second choice.
Haaland and Osimhen are devastating when attacking space and finishing chances, while Van Nistelrooy built his reputation on exceptional penalty-box instincts. That doesn't mean they lack technical ability; their strengths simply differ.
Kane also deserves credit for combining goalscoring with playmaking, while Firmino, Gabriel Jesus, and Julián Álvarez demonstrate how valuable a striker's contribution can be beyond goals.
For me, Benzema's ability to score, create, connect attacks, and elevate his teammates makes him the most complete striker on this list.
The Ballon d'Or criteria seem to change depending on which player we're talking about.
Karl-Heinz Rummenigge believes Harry Kane deserves the award for his outstanding season and because he's a role model.
I respect that, but being a role model shouldn't decide a football award. What matters most is what a player delivers on the pitch.
Cristiano Ronaldo won the 2013 Ballon d'Or without winning a major team trophy that year. His individual performances helped him win it.
So why should trophies suddenly become the deciding factor when judging another player?
You can't defend Ronaldo's win based on individual brilliance and then dismiss another player's chances because of team trophies. The same standards should apply to everyone.
Being a role model deserves respect, but the Ballon d'Or should reward footballing excellence, not become a popularity contest.
Matthew Lillard might be playing someone DC fans have absolutely no clue how to predict. 👀🔥
Lillard has teased that his character in MAN OF TOMORROW isn't from the comics, describing the role as “a very James Gunn moment.”
Honestly, that could make the character more interesting than another familiar face. When a character already exists in the comics, fans can spend months predicting their backstory, motives, and future. With an original character, even the most dedicated fans have no established storyline to fall back on.
Of course, being new to the comics doesn't automatically make a character compelling. The writing still has to deliver.
The biggest advantage here is unpredictability. DC fans can study the comics all they want, but this time, the source material won't give them all the answers.

Brad Bird turned family stereotypes into superpowers, and it was genius. 😂
Mr. Incredible is super strong because fathers are expected to be strong. Elastigirl stretches because mothers are pulled in ten different directions. Violet turns invisible because teenagers often want to disappear, while Dash has the endless energy of a typical 10-year-old boy.
And Jack-Jack? He's a baby, so nobody knows what he's capable of yet.
The clever part is that each power reflects something about the character's stage of life. The action entertains kids, but the meaning hits differently for adults who recognise those family pressures.
The superpowers aren't just cool abilities. They're everyday family struggles turned into superhero comedy.
Brad Bird explains that each person's powers in ‘THE INCREDIBLES’ represents an average family unit.
“Fathers are expected to be strong, so I made him super strong.
Mothers are pulled in ten directions at once, so she stretches.
Teenagers are insecure & defensive so she can turn invisible & has force fields.
10-year old boys are energy balls that just go until they pass out.
Babies are unknowns, they could be the next leader of the free world or they could be a bag man, you don’t know.”

People watch porn and start treating real-life sex like a performance. 😂
Abella Danger says she prefers sex to last around eight to ten minutes, explaining that even filming longer scenes can leave her exhausted.
But porn is entertainment, not a blueprint for real-life intimacy. What happens on camera is often shaped by performance and the demands of filming, so using it as a standard for real relationships can create unnecessary pressure.
Some people get so caught up in how long sex lasts that they forget the point is for both partners to enjoy the experience.
Sex isn't an endurance contest. Lasting longer doesn't automatically make someone better in bed, just as lasting less time doesn't automatically make someone worse.
Abella Danger says any man who lasts longer than 8 to 10 minutes is "doing too much," admitting even 25 to 30 minute porn scenes leave her exhausted:
"I can't stand if a guy takes a long time to come, like I really can't."
"What's the perfect amount of time?"
"Honestly, max bro, the perfect amount of time is probably like eight minutes... 10 minutes."
"Anything longer than that is kind of extra."
"Our porn scenes would be like 25, 30 minutes and I'm like, oh my God."
"After lockdown I did shoot and it had been like three or four months... all my endurance was gone."
"Unless you're like shit-faced after a long night, you're not gonna be wanting to have sex for that long. Come on."

Imagine turning down a House of Representatives ticket because your ambition is set on the Senate. Would you call that confidence or a risky political gamble?
According to Dickson, he and Peter Obi offered Aisha Yesufu a House of Representatives ticket, but she turned it down because she wanted the Senate.
If that account is accurate, the real debate isn't whether she has the right to aim higher. She absolutely does. It's whether rejecting an available opportunity is a smart move when the alternative isn't guaranteed.
Politics requires ambition, but it also requires strategy. A lower office isn't necessarily a lesser opportunity to make an impact, and a bigger title doesn't guarantee greater influence.
Sometimes, the difference between political ambition and political miscalculation only becomes clear when the opportunity you rejected is gone.
Imagine having to beg for the very opportunity others take for granted.
That’s what makes Aisha Yesufu’s statement to fellow NDC leaders and members so powerful: “I am not even asking for a level playing ground, I am asking for a ground.”
She isn’t asking to be given an advantage. She’s saying the opportunity to compete itself is the problem.
And that’s a serious concern in any democratic process. Fairness means little if some people must fight just to be included before the competition even begins.
You cannot call it a fair contest when not everyone is allowed to enter the race.

Acknowledging the pioneers doesn't mean diminishing Burna Boy's achievements. Wizkid, Davido, Olamide, and Phyno helped push Afrobeats forward, but Burna also worked hard to build his own global brand. Every generation builds on the previous one, but not everyone achieves the same level of success. Give the pioneers their flowers without taking credit away from those carrying the genre forward. Besides, Burna is not a new artist.
Wizkid, Davido, Olamide, Phyno, just to name a few, worked so hard to push afrobeats globally, their efforts is what newer artistes like Burna and Rema are enjoying today. Rise thru international collabs aside, Burna won't be where he is today without the likes of the above mentioned artistes. It doesn't matter if he sells out arenas, attends the Ballon d'Or ceremony, or even performs at an NFL half-time show, the foundation has been laid by older artistes and they should be acknowledged. This is like comparing Ayra Starr to Yemi Alade or Tiwa Savage because she made Obama's list of songs. It is much easier to do what Burna is doing now, compared to back in the day where Nigerian artistes had to work tirelessly to get any form of recognition. As a matter of fact, artistes nowadays barely put in the work.
Burna is doing well (for himself), but thanks to his colleagues.
