Prosecutors say it was a Polymer 80 GHOST GUN.
He even TOLD POLICE he fired it.
Court filings say that before the festival, his group met at a house where video showed at least 11 GUNS lined up on the FREAKING FLOOR!!!!
One of them matched the gun he was caught with.
Even his OWN LAWYER told the judge his actions were “dangerous and inappropriate.”
He was charged with FIRST-DEGREE ASSAULT with a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm.
The state wants him tried as an ADULT.
On September 1st, Judge Veronica Galván kept him locked up and called him “a threat to community safety" but then when the hype went away... yesterday she let him go.
Electronic home monitoring. At his dad’s house. Online school.
Her reason?
SELF-DEFENSE.
Prosecutors told the court he’s a danger to the community. She sent him home anyway.

This isn’t the first time.
In December 2024, Judge Galván released a 17-year-old robbery suspect WITHOUT BAIL, over prosecutors’ objections.
FIFTEEN DAYS later, prosecutors say he and another teen lured a 14-year-old to a park in Everett, tied him to a tree, and ST*BBED him EIGHT TIMES.

A 64-year-old man in Richmond, Virginia, was arrested after reportedly duct-taping his wife to a chair in the basement so he could watch football upstairs in peace.
Terry Ward is accused of leaving his wife restrained for approximately 30 to 45 minutes on October 11. He now faces felony abduction and misdemeanor domestic assault charges.
Apparently, asking for a little peace and quiet wasn’t enough. This guy decided to turn his basement into a hostage situation just to watch a football game.

Georgia high school students stage a fight to bait their principal to break it up, so they could sing him happy birthday.
Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High School principal Bobby Davis was seen sprinting to the fight to break it up.
After Davis ripped the prank fight apart, the students started singing happy birthday.
"He single-handedly changed me for the better, and he knows I could never take it for granted," said the student who came up with the idea.

I'm having a very hard time believing this is real. However, if it is, the left will embrace it as a good thing while still simultaneously demonizing Christianity.
As a Christian nation, we have a duty to drive non-Christian religions from our nation entirely.
The First Amendment's "freedom of religion" protection was never meant to allow any and all religions to take root in America.
As a Protestant Nation, it was intended solely to prevent the Pope from ruling our nation through Catholicism and preventing the govt from forcing people to go to church and participate in Christian practices.
There's no reason why we can't ban all other religions from the nation. We just need leaders with the guts to do it.
Regardless of what previous liberal controlled SCOTUSs have wrongly ruled, not only do we absolutely have a Constitutional right to ban all other religions, but we also have a Constitutional duty to do so.
And the way to go about it is to just do it. And if court tries to stop us, just ignore them. This is our nation. Not theirs.

A CITY COUNCIL IN IOWA JUST OPENED ITS MEETING WITH A PRAYER TO SATAN, AND I CAN'T BELIEVE I EVEN HAVE TO TYPE THAT.
The invocation at the Ottumwa city council meeting reportedly ended with the words "Hail Satan."
This is a small town in the heartland, not some coastal college campus.
When a community starts letting the devil lead off its public meetings, something has gone badly wrong with the people running the show.
Ottumwa residents deserve answers about how this got on the agenda and who signed off on it.
Pray for that town today, because they clearly need it more than ever 🙏

NEW: Cornell 7 frat brother Matthew Ingalls is accusing 'Jane Doe' of r*ping him, citing that he was too intoxicated to give consent.
Ingalls reportedly told Cornell investigators that he was too intoxicated from alcohol and ketamine to give consent.
"During Cornell’s investigation, [Ingalls] said he was too intoxicated to consent and suggested that Jane Doe actually assaulted him, according to school records..." ABC News reported.
Ingalls reportedly told Doe on the phone that she told him that she was completely sober.
"You did tell me you were sober, by the way. You did, you said you hadn’t been anywhere," he said, according to a recording.
According to documents released by the Tompkins County DA's office, Ingalls, who was allegedly under the influence of alcohol and drugs, fell asleep during the s*xual encounter.
He was later woken up and rejoined.

5 girls in Pennsylvania accused a boy they did not like of these horrible sex crimes. After they told other people about their scam, their Snap posts were shared with the school and police and the girls admitted it was all a lie.
The boys lawyer and parents took a plea deal in the first case and did not seem to believe their own son.
The girls were never charged with a crime, and the civil suit was dismissed last year.
This is how our system treats men, and even boys. They can be convicted on words alone.
Once again, when are we going to stop trusting our govts to govern when all they do is fail to govern? When are we going to return to governing our own communities again? Times were better then.
Once upon a time, we used to hang horse thieves as horses were or primary modes of transportation and a means to our livelihoods.
Scooters, bikes, motorcycles, cars, and trucks have replaced horses as our primary modes of transportation, but the theft of them still affects our means of livelihood.
Therefore, I see no reason why we shouldn't be hanging modern day "horse thieves".

🚨#BREAKING Outrage is erupting in Cincinnati after a mob of Black "teens" AMBUSHED and ATTACKED 3 White female college students on their way to dinner.
Video footage shows multiple Black males PUNCHING THE GIRLS IN THE FACE while others steal their scooters.
They beat them so badly, they were rushed to the hospital in an AMBULANCE!!!!!
On Wednesday night, around 8 p.m., they rode their electric scooters from their dorm to the Wingstop on Short Vine.
They just wanted dinner.
At the end of the crosswalk, a group of 8 or 9 teens, boys AND girls, was standing there BLOCKING their way.
Then came the yelling.
The cursing.
The threats.
Then the group STOLE their scooters.
One girl got hit in the face.
FOUR girls jumped another.
The guys in the group went after her friend.
It was over in seconds.
A worker nearby caught the whole thing on video
When police showed up, one of the freshmen was photographed talking to officers with her shirt TORN.
All three ended up at UC Medical Center.
One mother got a call from her daughter CRYING in the back of an AMBULANCE.
Another UC mom saw it in a parents' Facebook group and called City Hall.
Her words:
"Is a student going to have to lose their life for you to DO SOMETHING?!Ị
Police say only 4 juveniles have been arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.
The rest of the “teens”? Still out there.
The college girls now says they are scared to walk down the street alone.
