UK military satellite Titania has successfully launched into orbit. Alongside Project Inaros, we can see threats sooner, making the UK safer. Titania & Inaros are British-built and designed, meaning more highly skilled jobs, a stronger industrial base and a more secure UK.

A strong decision by the U.S. State Department – authorizing Ukraine’s purchase of Patriot interceptors to counter Russian ballistic missiles. Five hundred PAC-3 interceptors is a substantial number, and very soon – this winter – they COULD make for a highly effective defense package. However, it has been stipulated that deliveries may begin ONLY IN A FEW YEARS. We are asking our American partners to find a solution for the time when there is a real danger and a real need to use PAC-3 interceptors. Right now, the Russians are attacking our energy infrastructure every single day. In just these past two weeks of October, there have already been more than 30 Russian strikes on critical parts of our power grid. It is right now, even before the beginning of winter, that Putin has started carrying out his operation to attack the systems that sustain life in our cities and communities. The targets are electricity, heating, water supplies, bridges, and life in our cities in general. We did ask our American partners to provide Ukraine with a winter support package – at a rate of 100 Patriot interceptors per month. Five hundred missiles would be enough to protect our skies over the coming months – precisely when it is so important for Ukraine to be in a strong position in negotiations and for Russia NOT to succeed in breaking life in Ukrainian cities and communities. The United States, our European partners, and other partners around the world have sufficient stocks of PAC-3 interceptors in their warehouses. Providing them to Ukraine right now – in the winter of 2026–2027 – and replenishing our partners’ arsenals LATER, in THE FOLLOWING YEARS, through this production already contracted and paid for by Ukraine and our partners would be the right approach. And it is entirely feasible. We are grateful to President Trump. Importantly, we recently discussed PAC-3 interceptors with Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Ukraine is grateful to the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Administration overall for granting this authorization. But we are asking for decisions that can guarantee the protection of lives not the day after tomorrow or sometime later, but at the very moment the threat is there – when Russia is killing and destroying. Some people sit comfortably behind a screen to lecture others on the "choice" of enlisting, forgetting far too quickly what it truly means to bear the weight of an existential war. ​Yes, enlisting is a choice. But what choice is left when barbarism knocks at Europe's doors? Just as President Volodymyr Zelensky chose to stay and shoulder the destiny of our nation in the face of ballistic missiles and delayed air defense deliveries, we make the daily choice to hold the line so that others can sleep in safety. A leader who bears the burden of an entire nation is a martyr of duty; a soldier who sacrifices his youth on the front lines does the exact same. ​This is not about playing the victim; it is about sheer lucidity in the face of urgency. While some criticize the delivery or minimize sacrifices from the comfort of spared borders, our lines critically lack the vital equipment demanded by our president. I had a great conversation with the UK Prime Minister @AndyBurnham, and we are grateful to Britain for its unwavering, strong, and truly leading support. Today, Britain made a strong decision to provide an additional £10 billion in financial support – £7 billion in economic support over the next three years, and another £3 billion in British export support, primarily for the supply of much-needed weapons that will strengthen our protection of lives. This is on top of the annual support Britain already provides to Ukraine. A truly strong and very timely step – coming right as Russia needs to see and feel that Ukraine will not be left alone to deal with the problems Russia is so eager to escalate. Every step to strengthen Ukraine brings Russia closer to realizing that it must end this war of its own making. Of course, Andy and I also discussed sanctions policy, and Britain will remain principled on this – setting an example that matters globally. I am grateful to Britain, to Prime Minister Andy Burnham and his team, and to every person around the world who understands that standing with Ukraine is the right thing to do – that it means being on the right side of history. 🇺🇦🇬🇧

В ньому було затишно та тепло. Це дім, який ми довго будували для миру і на все життя. В який вклали душу та частину себе. Тепер його не стало. В його дах влучив фпв дрон та спричинив пожежу, яку вже ніхто не зміг загасити, бо в пожежну машину, яка приїхала на допомогу, теж поцілив дрон. В ньому було багато тварин на момент влучання. Їх усіх винесли на вулицю, але багато з them загубилися і тепер нам потрібно їх знайти... Я досі не можу повірити в те, що сталось… Це біль, який тепер завжди зі мною.
