Been using Instinct for a few weeks. The Trusted Network is a game changer: my friends' and family's Instincts coordinate with mine directly. Plans get settled end to end - not one group-chat message from me. This is what personal AI should feel like. Thanks @noahrshinn

Personal update: I've joined Anthropic. I think the next few years at the frontier of LLMs will be especially formative. I am very excited to join the team here and get back to R&D. I remain deeply passionate about education and plan to resume my work on it in time.

You have no experience. You’ve never started a company. You’ve never had a full time job. Nike is going to kill you. You’re a kid. You don’t have technical skills. You shouldn’t build hardware. Apple is going to kill you. You can’t build hardware. You can’t measure heart rate non-invasively. Athletes don’t care about recovery. Under Armour is going to kill you. It won’t be accurate. You don’t listen. You’re an ineffective leader. You can’t recruit great talent. You’re going to have to pay every athlete. You can’t measure sleep non-invasively. It’s too expensive to research. Athletes are a small market. The product costs too much to make. The product costs too much to sell. Your valuation is too high. Consumers aren’t going to want it. Hardware is too hard. You should measure steps. Fitbit is going to kill you. You can’t build a marketing engine. You can’t raise enough money. You need a real CEO. Google is going to kill you. You can’t be a subscription. You can’t build a brand. You can’t do consumer in Boston. Your valuation is too high. You shouldn’t make accessories. You shouldn’t make apparel. Lululemon is going to kill you. You can’t predict Covid. Stay in your niche. You are going to run out of money. You can’t build a health platform. Amazon is going to kill you. You can’t measure blood pressure. You can’t get medical approvals. The market is too small. You don’t understand AI. The market is too competitive. It won’t work internationally. The supply chain is too complicated. You can’t build an AI. You can’t raise enough money. It’s too competitive. Healthcare isn’t going to want it. … Just keep going ✌️

I’m thrilled to announce we’ve raised $44M to build a new home for product design. Meet @noondesign. No workflow is more broken and fragmented in 2026 than the product designers’. The very same people who care most about building software don’t have software purpose built for them. @kushagrasinha7 and I have lived this problem first hand as designers ourselves. That’s why we built Noon. The first product design tool that works entirely on your product code, so you can design not only how a product looks, but also how it works. With AI at its core that works in seconds, not minutes. For the first time, you can create, iterate, build, test and ship. All in one canvas. No translations or roundtrips to the codebase and back. Comment “Get Noon” and we’ll get you on the list for early access.

In their identification of roles with the highest exposure, computer programmers are #1! Yes, there will be some re-skilling (especially for entry level roles), as with every big tech shift However, I'm a believer that more AI = more business growth = more hiring of humans

Swiggy's IPO makes me reminisce about TinyOwl. Back in 2015, we were bigger than Zomato's food delivery service. Swiggy had just started. Foodpanda was big but had issues. We were growing fast—on August 15, 2015, we hit 16k orders. That's how early the market was then.

Get to the point: “Make it clear up front what you want. Make the next steps obvious. If you have a recommendation, say it up front.”

I’ve heard you loud and clear—you feel like prices aren’t transparent and checkout tasks are a pain. That’s why we’re making 4 changes: 1. Starting next month, you’ll be able to see the total price you're paying up front.

I was in USA, (specifically San Francisco and other parts of Silicon Valley) for the larger part of last month, and I talked to over 25 people, mostly Indian (but not all) and mostly working on big tech (but not all as engineers). Here's a thread on the "vibe" I got

Layoffs suck but are often inevitable. Stripe's severance softens the blow. A Staff Engineer could be looking at an extra $50k bonus, $65k additional salary, $20k for unused PTO, $95k of extra stock totaling ~$230k or 35% of comp. That's ~4.5 months of runway to find a new gig!

@FurlencoSupport @FURLENCO Having an extremely disappointing experience. Furlenco PoC was behind my life to place order, complete payment and KYC formalities. Its been 2 weeks without complete delivery. We have spoken to 5+ team members and none of them have solutions.
