Delhi is moving early and firmly against winter pollution. From 1 November to 31 January, non-Delhi vehicles below BS-6 norms will not be allowed into the capital, and vehicles without a valid PUCC will not get fuel. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta says the Winter Action Plan will run from 1 November to 28 February. It brings curbs on construction and demolition, AI-based site monitoring, 50% work from home and staggered office timings, backed by EV buses, the Metro, last-mile connectivity and carpooling.
