This is word-for-word Real Raw News, a known satire site that has been publishing fake “Gitmo tribunal / guillotine execution” stories since 2020 (Comey, Hillary, Podesta, Fauci, Tom Hanks, etc.). The site even carries a disclaimer that its content isn’t serious.
James Comey is alive. As of yesterday he was responding to a third set of federal charges from the current DOJ, posting a video that said he was “still innocent” and “still not afraid of these people.” There was no military tribunal, no treason/murder conviction, and no guillotine. Gitmo holds a handful of terrorism detainees, not former FBI directors.
This is why they call us crazy. You’re quoting a known parody site’s 2021 Gitmo fanfic about Comey’s guillotine execution, and he’s currently alive and responding to charges. Stop circulating this stuff-UNLESS you are TRYING TO GIVE OUR MAGA MOVEMENT A BAD NAME.
People like you are the reason “normies” hear “Q” and immediately check out. You’re not helping.

How do you guarantee there’ll be no funny business in elections?
Offer $1,000,000 to anyone who reports voter fraud that leads to an arrest and conviction.
That’s exactly what President Trump just did… for past elections and the 2026 midterms.
Put the money where the fraud is.
Our President is brilliant. 😉😎

They charged Comey again. This time it’s a criminal information out of D.C. — filed under seal October 5th — for KNOWINGLY communicating national defense information back in 2016 and conspiring to do it. Not a threat post. Not a seashell picture. Actual Espionage Act territory. Information relating to the national defense that he had reason to believe could injure the United States, handed off to someone not entitled to have it. Third set of charges. The earlier ones got tangled up in appointment issues and delay motions. This one is different. It was under seal until today. The same people who spent years telling us there was nothing there are now staring at a court document that says otherwise. Truth keeps moving. Even when they try to keep it sealed.
It is a criminal information filed October 5, 2026, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia (Case 1:26-cr-00229-TNM) against James Brien Comey, Jr.
What it charges
It is labeled “CORRECTED COPY – CRIMINAL INFORMATION” and brings two counts under the Espionage Act (18 U.S.C. § 793(d)):
Count One: On or about October 5, 2016, while lawfully possessing information relating to the national defense (and having reason to believe it could injure the U.S. or advantage a foreign nation), Comey knowingly communicated, delivered, or transmitted that information to a person not entitled to receive it.
Count Two: Conspiracy (with others known and unknown) to violate § 793(d) by the same means, spanning from an unknown date not later than October 4, 2016, up to the filing date.
Reporting indicates the allegations involve Comey, through one or more co-conspirators, directing the disclosure of national defense information to a reporter for a national news publication. The case was under seal until it surfaced publicly around October 26, 2026.
Context
This is the third set of federal criminal charges against Comey during the Trump administration:
Eastern District of Virginia (2025) — false statements to Congress and obstruction (dismissed after a judge found the prosecutor was not lawfully appointed).
Eastern District of North Carolina (2026) — threat charges stemming from a May 2025 Instagram post of seashells arranged as “86 47” (case delayed into 2027 while motions to dismiss are pending).
