In alignment with our mission to implement decentralized governance into the fabric of society, Clarity has been working with Peru’s Secretariat of Government and Digital Transformation (@PeruPaisDigital ) and TechGob NGO (@techgob_) to explore how blockchain infrastructure can support national digital transformation, leveraging @Cardano and @MidnightNtwrk.
Why Peru? Peru’s data governance framework has matured significantly over the past years, with new regulations explicitly requiring privacy and transparency by-design in digital systems. For government agencies tasked with modernizing legacy infrastructure, this creates both urgency and opportunity.
After a 240+ attendee webinar and a hands-on workshop with 18 public institutions, the work is moving from prototypes toward production.
