A Costco bakery, deli, and meat department employee worked across all three departments for 5 years.
She told me the same thing frustrated her every single shift:
Customers spending $300 in the aisles, grabbing pre-packaged stuff off the shelf, and never knowing a custom shop exists 10 feet behind the display case.
No sign says "We custom-decorate half-sheet cakes for $24.99 that feed 48 people."
No sign says "We build party platters that feed 20+ guests."
She gave me a list of 9 things we're all doing wrong. Save this for your next run:

I gave MiniMax M3.1 Flash a pretty specific Three.js challenge:
build a living koi pond in a single HTML file.
I wanted moving koi with different patterns, flowing water, rocks, plants, camera controls, and a feed button where the fish actually swim toward the food.
It got the whole thing working.
What stood out was the behavior. The fish didnβt just keep looping the same animation. They reacted when food appeared and changed direction toward it.
That made this a much better test than just asking for a nice-looking 3D scene.
For me, this is where M3.1 Flash gets interesting: itβs fast, capable enough to handle real interaction logic, and much more cost-efficient for the kind of iterative coding work where youβre going back and forth a lot.
