The Fed will cut rates in just 2 days. JP Morgan and other big analysts are expecting a market dump before reversal. Scenario 1: $BTC will dump towards $104,000 level before reversal. Scenario 2: Bitcoin will dump towards $92,000, which also has a CME gap before reversal and a new ATH.

$BTC weekly candle has turned red. Bitcoin failed to hold above $84,500 and has completely erased its last two days' gains. The good thing is Bitcoin is still holding above the 50D SMA and 50D EMA, which means buyers haven't completely lost control.

$ETH tapped the $2,530-$2,550 resistance zone and got rejected. It's now back at the $2,400 level and has almost erased all its weekly gains. If a weekly close happens below $2,400 for Ethereum, it could drop another 7%-10%.

$BTC is slipping under $81.9K right now. Another wave of longs got wiped out this morning. About $34M in total. The leverage is pretty much cleaned out. But I'm still not seeing real buyers step in. US demand is also weak. If we close below $81.9K, I'd expect a move to $81K. Get back above $82.6K and things look a lot better. How I see it: No rush to buy. I'd rather let it find a floor first.

A lot of late longs got flushed overnight. Now things are quiet. 
Funding is back near zero, so the leverage got cleaned out. $82.6K is the line I'm watching.
Hold it and we can bounce. 
Win back $83.7K and the bulls are back in charge. Lose $82.6K and I'd look at $81.9K next.
