- Most AI SEO = high-volume spam → Google penalties + AI slop
- Real pSEO in 2026 starts with buying decisions, not keyword volume (alternatives, vs, pricing, reviews, free trial, discount)
- Analyzed 1,000 buy-intent queries:
→ Rankings follow clear patterns for each intent
→ One strong page beats 10 weak ones
- Buy-Intent pSEO vs SPAM:
Starts with the decision → chooses the right page type (or skips)
- Claude Agent workflow:
Business context → money questions → evidence-based pages → measure & improve
- Google rank ≠ ChatGPT recommendation
Win all 3: rank the page + make product recommendable + become a cited source

I used to think posting my product counted as "Build in Public."
Then I read how Launch in Public and Build in Public are actually different and it hit me.
I shipped fast-quiz.com/ when it was already done and called that "sharing."
That's Launch in Public: ship first, post later, wonder why trust doesn't show up.
FastQuiz works. I'm proud of it. But I skipped what compounds the messy middle: doubts, dead ends, small wins, shown over time until strangers become believers.
AI didn't kill indie hacking. It killed "build in secret until launch day." The moat is distribution and trust. You can't ad buy either.
So I'm starting over with my music app day 0, in public, for real this time.
Process > reveal.

One thing that motivated me to go to gym was actually 4chan
They kept calling me a soyboy without muscle
I think most people would get offended but I think they were right?
So I started going to gym
Haters often have some grain of truth!

I'm 19 years old.
At 16 I sold my unblocked gaming website for $100k.
At 18 I sold Cal AI while at $40M ARR.
Now, my co just hit $300K MRR a month after launch.
The most important lesson I've learned to be successful in consumer is to dumb everything down.
1) Demonstrate the value of your product in 3 seconds or less in any advertising material.
2) Write messaging as if you are talking to a 3rd grader.
3) Make buttons so obvious that you can't get lost.
The is the key concept that makes apps viral and also high converting.

You DO NOT need paid ads to grow in 2026.
This guy @LouisDavidPH has never spent a $ on ads.
He got all his users organically.
1 year later... $800K in revenue with this app!
