Saudi vision 2030 is a Hypermodern Pagan Revival: At this point the Saudis just want to trigger an apocalypse. I do not take the Wahhabi perspective that restricts the access of historical sites to an insane degree, and subsequently restrict archaeological surveys. A trend I recently noticed is the re-emergence, and public use, of pagan names for initiatives tied to vision 2030. I can’t lie, the pagan-modern blend, and how both these forces complement each with the recent initiatives is interesting to see and witness. The dystopian cluster fuck, along with the implicit pagan elements, is quite the spectacle, you have to admit it is kinda cool and interesting to see occur in real time. Though it is an alarming and quite scary development as well when viewed through an eschatological lens. To put it simply, this shit is frankly too dark and fucked, and it already has blood on it as a project, a point which is neglected nowadays.
