4. Walkers and hikers are welcome too! Tempo isn’t hikt for runners. You can also track walking and hiking workouts with Apple Watch, and Tempo will provide you with the same informational and motivational data to keep going. Tempo celebrates walkers, hikers, and runners! ⛰️
Read more on the Tempo blog, and hit the ground (or treadmill) running (or walking) this week! 👟 indie.sh/blog/2024/5/four-re…
3. Compete against yourself! As runners, we’re inherently competitive. We don’t have to be mid race to tap in to our competitive nature. Tempo can help you beat your fastest mile, track your quickest 5K, or simply keep up with how many miles you’ve logged over a set duration. 🏅
1. Tempo doesn’t just analyze new runs! Tempo is ready to analyze the data from any run workout that logs in the Health app. This is especially helpful for hitting the ground running with Tempo using your own data! 🏃♀️
Looking for just the right amount of motivation to start building momentum in your week? We’re sharing four reasons to start running with Tempo! 🍀

Thanks to @TempoLog app I can see that my best running shape (so far) was back in 2017. My volumes dropped since moving to Texas in January 2019, and have been slowly growing in 2020 and 2021. To continue this trend I need to run 130 miles before Dec 31, which seems doable.
Tempo 4.1.0 is now available in the App Store.
• New Watch complication for the last 7 days distance graph
• New setting to enable/disable workout data sources
• Ability to manually backup and restore data (tags, etc) created in Tempo
• And many more fixes & improvements
Really liking the 7 days training segments + goal widget combo on the Lock Screen to build back post marathon and continue the routine. #ForTheLoveOfRunning
