The @Shogun__base TAO agent initiative is going great so far.
Quick update:
- first incubated project launched yesterday (@Coach_Bucko_tao) and is doing extremely well. Dev is cooking and getting everything set up + building agent
- Two projects which we are supporting (@const_unborn & @AgentCAO) are finding their footings and gradually rolling products out. Communities forming and charts are holding
- In talks with two more devs who are serious about launching TAO agents + vetting for incubation… can’t reveal too much yet🤫
- Distributed two sets of token allocation to our Dojo DAO members with a third coming soon

Hot topics of discussion:
- @latentholdings subnets. Speculation about what 5 could be (Prev. Kaito), and of course the rise of @taohash
- @rayon_labs announced that miners who worked to keep their services running during the Bittensor outage will be receiving compensation for their hard work and dedication (19, 56, 64)
- @BitMindAI released multiple subnet and product updates yesterday. Impressive growth in chrome extension user metrics being the leading topic of discussion
- @ReadyAI_ released their new digital art focused AI agent in collaboration with @seedphrase. This things a beast! @seedphrase_ai
- @webuildscore stirs up discussion as they announce plans to buy a pro football (soccer) club

Almost no one grasps the scale of what @TensorPulseLabs is building.
Everyone’s distracted by leaderboards focusing on Virtuals or Kaito. Meanwhile there’s been zero real tooling around $TAO subnet mindshare.
No way to track where attention is actually flowing across dTAO. This changes that, as it will provide visibility into which SNs are being talked about.
Up until now, all we had was a Bittensor mindshare map on cookie, at the ecosystem level (surface layer).
Being able to track SN-specific mindshare unlocks an edge for stakers who have a dynamic SN staking strategy. You can finally correlate buzz with staking logic, which will help you with capital rotation (personally I do not rotate my alpha but for those who do, this is a real tool).
And if they add user-level leaderboards (tracking who’s driving the narrative behind each SN), then it’s even cooler (curious to know if that will be the case).
If SN4 mindshare spikes, for example, I want the list of who the users who moved it. That would be the next layer of insight.
