Why recommend closing schools. Myocarditis isn’t a transmissible disease I don’t think. I believe Trump was right to stop funding the WHO, they are idiots dressed up as idiots. 😎

Nobody said lift light weights all the time… the main takeaway is that lighter weights work as well as heavy/heavier weights. Just undoes about 50 years of belief that heavy were ‘necessary’ to gain muscle and strength… requiem for a false paradigm! 😉
