“Evidence” being the thing Sex Matters’ non-experts struggle with most.
They overlook the key legal tests: intention, abuse & serious harm. The bill doesn’t automatically criminalise ordinary parenting/teaching/healthcare. Hypothetical scenarios aren’t evidence of criminalisation
