I once interviewed Chris Ballard for a story I was writing on Nick Caserio — it was on the record — and I’m paraphrasing, but he basically said he’d never trade a player to the Texans.

The Giants used “22” personnel (2 RBs, 2 TE’s) on 22 snaps against the Texans. They picked up 188 yards (8.95 yards per play) and 3 touchdowns on those plays.
Matt Nagy/Greg Roman also did a great job of setting up plays out of that personnel grouping.
The big play to Thomas Fidone for 29 yards was play-action out of 22 personnel. They also used their tush push formation and the use of multiple sneaks earlier in the game to set up Skattebo for a 19 yard gain out of that look.
Then they pummeled the Texans down the stretch with that big personnel grouping and ran the ball all over them (8 carries, 99 yards, 2 TD’s in the 4th quarter and overtime):
The difference between Nelson and Jurgens...expiring contract versus cost control through 2029.
Replying to @TexansCap
Cam Jurgens had a 2nd round attached with his trade, but he was slated to play Center.
I believe the 3rd-round value is the highest trade value for offensive guards in the past 5 seasons. May need to double check my records.

Can’t help much notice the new purple hue around Vegeta when he’s fighting Beerus in the new DBS Beerus. Maybe it’s always been there and I don’t notice. Maybe an Ego preview?

Tons of roster retention for the Texans this offseason and somehow the defense has done a 180 from 2025. Now the offense has to carry the load and can’t be bad.

Before the season DeMeco Ryans said if this team was going to be great the offense needed to match the greatness of the defense. Seven games into the season the defense has been worse than the offense and the offense cannot afford to have an off day. It's bad.
