Happy World Hijab day🧕🏽
It's an overwhelming feeling as I look back at my journey of joining @Britisharmy who accepted me and my faith.
As a Britush Muslim female I'm proud to be a part of our army where I can practise my faith and do the job that I love.

#ThrowbackThursday to last weekend's Bula festival. This fantastic initiative invites the whole community to learn, celebrate and preserve the history and culture of our Fijian personnel, and creates opportunities to integrate further into the local community. Bring on next year!

Mental health still remains a stigma, yet approx. 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year.
Hear from @PoppyJaman, @LordKPatel, @nishmarobb & Manish Tayal (@tayalm175) on how employers can support mental health at this year's #GG2DiversityConf.

Pleased to announce that we have teamed up with @Samaritans to help troops recognise the signs of mental health issues. All military personnel will have access to this guide to ensure no one has to suffer in silence. I am fully committed to supporting our armed forces.
