I told my fiancé I just like the taste of beer, not even the buzz. This is why I’ll have just a beer or two some nights. So she bought me non alcoholic beer. I had one last night. Turns out IT IS THE BUZZ I like

Aaron Ashby this postseason:
Innings pitched: 18
Hits: 5
Walks: 3
Strikeouts: 20
ERA: 0.00
He's done tonight after 2.1 innings. Didn't allow a baserunner. Struck out three.
Ashby is having one of the best Octobers ever for a pitcher. Still hasn't allowed a run all month.

Romance is alive and well. What a special game we’re seeing
This doesn’t look like a pitcher who should retire 🤷♂️

Shane Bieber is supposed to play catch today. He’s a bit behind Yesavage, but has had less time down.
No timeline has been given for Bieber, yet. #BlueJays hope he can come back this year, but unclear if that’s a September thing or a ‘maybe in the playoffs’ thing.

Sean Keys, who has a 1.154 OPS in AAA this month, will play a bit of LF in the minors this week.
He’s largely played 3B/1B in the minors, but LF would open some paths to MLB for the lefty slugger. #BlueJays

Today on the Sauce, @ryderfm and @TheLisaEvans challenged @TheBelf7 to a game of this or that. Safe to say Scott is feeling confident about the Jays' playoff hopes.

Thoughts on today’s game…
1. Kaz is heating up! Two hole soon? 🤞
2. Andres is clutch AF. Elite SS with a bat that plays
3. You know who’s not selling his Toronto house??? Kevin fucking Gausman. Make sure he’s on this team come 2027

I love spring training! It’s a fun time to speculate on surprise contributors through out the season. I know everyone is talking
Josh Kasevich
Carlos Mendoza
Eloy Jimenez
R.J. Schreck
Brandon Valenzuela
BUT DO NOT sleep on Riley Tirotta. MLB debut in 2026, watch for it

I know it’s his first outing of Spring and there’s a long way to go but ‘Cheese’ Chad Dallas looking good after missing last season rehabbing from TJ. Excited to see him in the Bisons rotation this year… and maybe more?🤞

If Buck Martinez is not added to the #BlueJays' Level of Excellence, I'll climb up there and paint it on myself.

End of an era. Always a class act, always a great listen and his passion for the game we all love seemed infinite. Best of luck to the king, we’ll miss you Buck

If there was ever a year to jump the FA market on pitching, sure feels like this was the one. For a front office who often slow plays stuff this was a very astute and impressive off season for the Jays
