I spoke to Andy Lee about his final days with the late, great Emanuel Steward before Steward’s passing in 2012.
Probably my favourite interview segment ever.
RIP Emanuel 🌹

⚽️ More on that goal ⚽️
Its James Hull again! He floats out to the left hand side and beats the offside trap to bear down on goal. The chance looked to have gone when he cut back towards a Deal defender but he smartly curls the ball into the far bottom corner

⚽️More on that Goal⚽️
It’s the James show! This time it’s Hull getting his second. A great first time ball from Murphy down the left side finds a well timed run from James Hull in the 6 yard box where he couldn’t miss the header.

Love this image. So much could be said for practice design in coaching, and making training sessions representative to the game.
Context is king / queen!

The competitive landscape in sports is ever-evolving.
This is because the task, environmental and the individual constraints are constantly changing
Athletes must learn to navigate this dynamic environment by adapting their performance behaviors to emergent constraints.
