Gamer: Why the RGB? Because it makes my battle station faster. Church Production Tech: Why the RGB? It's an illustration of the Shekinah Glory, of course.

I know I can do all things through Christ, but do I really have to do everything around here?

The Sunrise Service would be more authentic if it was attended only by women who would later return to tell the men about it.

I created this account on Oct 18, 2012. 12 years ago today. I tried a couple of options, but someone already had the name I wanted and wouldn't give it up. That's why it took me until November to actually start posting as @TheChurchIT Anyway, today is my #MyTwitterAnniversary

It appears that the process I built out was to keep the user from making mistakes and to have a way to make sure it all got done completely. Made me think of the Bibby Babka scene from Perfect Strangers youtube.com/watch?v=vscct1KK…

Me: Why did I set this up in such a tedious and annoying manner. I'm going to simplify it. Me later on: Oh, yeah. The tedious and annoying set up had a reason. Time to set it all back up again.

Typically, I am very annoyed with past me. But today I would like to give a shout out to me in August 2022! I set up a sample page for a giving button on mobile devices and soon forgot about it. Today I found it again and had a laugh. Thanks, past me! I needed it.

Site I'm logging in to: "Enter code from your MFA application." Me: "Oh, great. Which MFA application did I use for this site?"

User: I didn't know about that. I was never trained how to use it. Me: I've seen you at the five trainings we've had on it in the last five years. User: I guess I've just had someone else do that stuff for me.

My insurance company notified me they did a special authority in my medication that will be in effect until February 29, 2025. There is likely a programmer there trying to decide if that bug is worth fixing our they risk it just being moved to someone else by next leap year

User: It's strange. How did the system mess it up like that? IT: I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that you did something wrong.

I saw someone sign up for something with the last name "Miyvhrll" Her child's last name was Mitchell, but parent names don't always match their kids. Googled: "Miyvhrll" Result: "Showing results for Mitchell"

I saw this poster at a Christian preschool. The Venn diagram of the target audience and people who understand it consists of two circles that are nowhere near each other.

I opened a PHP file from a project I wrote in 2004. At the beginning was a disclaimer and the following line: exit("Delete this line to acknowledge the license and your responsibility"); Of course, I just had it commented out on my version.
