The Prophet ﷺ said:
"Indeed, the woman is ‘Awrah.
When she goes out, the Shaytan seeks to use her to entice others.
And the closest she ever is to the Face of her Lord is when she is in the innermost depths of her home."

Imagine being nationalist
I don’t have any allegiance to any country on earth
They all rule by man made laws and are corrupt
Their governments are hijacked by elites and they steal the wealth of their people, while spreading immorality
My only allegiance is with ﷻ ﷲ

Be leveled, O Time, or choose never to relent,
For I am not one to fear your turning tide.
I have woken desiring nothing, with no hope left to spent,
Weary of you, O Time, and weary of your open hand beside.
For what is this Dunya but a fleeting dream displayed?
Destined to vanish, though long your ages may abide.

If you're going through difficult times, remember what Allah has told us about perseverance:

Every aspect of our daily schedule can become worship when done with the right intention:
Work becomes ibadah when our intention is to:
-> Provide halal sustenance for our family
-> Be independent and avoid being a burden on others
Physical fitness becomes ibadah when we intend to:
-> Maintain the body Allah has entrusted us with
-> Be strong believers who can better serve Allah and their community
-> Have energy for worship and good deeds
Family time becomes ibadah through:
-> Fulfilling our obligations to family members
-> Strengthening family bonds as commanded by Allah
-> Teaching and guiding to the right path
As Allah says in the Quran: "Say, 'Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the worlds.'" [6:162]
Therefore, rather than compartmentalizing our day into "worship" and "other activities," we should aim to make every moment an act of worship through sincere intention and consciousness of Allah.

I'd like to remind myself and you
If we truly believe in Allah and trust in His promises, then how can we not turn to Him in Tahajjud?
Think about it: if you knew someone extremely wealthy and powerful, and they told you, "Come to me anytime you need help, and I will give it to you," wouldn't you rush to them in times of need?
Wouldn't you feel secure knowing you have someone to rely on?
Now reflect, Allah, the Almighty, الغني (The Self-Sufficient, The Most Wealthy), القدير (The Most Powerful), المجيب (The One who Answers), has told us:"And your Lord says, 'Call upon Me; I will respond to you.'" (Qur'an 40:60)
And in a hadith,
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"Indeed, your Lord descends every night to the lowest heaven when one-third of the night remains and says: ‘Who is calling upon Me, so I may answer him? Who is asking of Me, so I may give him? Who is seeking My forgiveness, so I may forgive him?’" (Bukhari & Muslim)
Yet, despite this, we hesitate.
We lose sleep over our problems, yet we don’t lose sleep in prayer.
We run to people who can’t truly help us, yet the One who controls everything waits for us, and we ignore Him.
The truth is, if we sincerely turn to Allah in Tahajjud, call upon Him with certainty, urgency, and humility, our hearts will find peace before our problems are even solved.
And the one who places their trust in Allah will never be left empty-handed.
May Allah make us among those who rise in the last third of the night and call upon Him with complete faith and reliance. Ameen.

For me, I would punish obese people
I’d send them to a training camp where they only eat healthy food, follow the best diet, and train properly.
Because if they keep eating the way they do, they’re literally killing themselves.
And here’s the thing: knowing there’s a punishment, most people would actively avoid becoming obese.
I’d broadcast it live on TV, showing their progress, struggles, and transformations, so it also educates and motivates the public.
At the same time, I’d push a massive cultural shift:
Promote healthy eating, organic food, and real nutrition.
Warn people aggressively about junk food and its dangers.
Make fitness and movement a priority in everyday life.
That’s how you fix the problem at its roots.

Say: “I am someone who takes care of my body.”
Your actions will follow your identity.
You don’t need the perfect plan.
You just need to start and keep showing up.
Small, consistent actions will transform you.

Building a strong, lean physique doesn’t have to rely solely on weight training.
Choose something you genuinely enjoy and can commit to
Whether it’s weight training, calisthenics, CrossFit, swimming, martial arts, rock climbing, or gymnastics.
Consistency is the secret to seeing real results.
And remember, diet plays a crucial role.
You can't out-train a bad diet, so fueling your body with the right nutrients is just as important as your workouts.
