I started posting seriously on X just 2 days ago and what a journey already. Just passed 300 followers this morning.
It feels amazing to meet so many like minded people.
Check the whole signup path before blaming your SaaS product for low conversions.
1. Open the signup flow in a private window and go through it as a new user.
2. Check the confirmation email, then click the first link a new user needs.
3. Write down every point where you have to explain what to do next, and remove one.
Post a polished AI demo on X.
Get likes from other builders.
Hear nothing from buyers.
The demo may prove the tool works, but not why someone should use it in their business. Show the task it replaces and what the user gets back. Otherwise, your post can earn attention from people who admire the build but will never try the product.
Hello to almost 100 new followers 馃憢 Your support means all to me. Thank you, and can't wait to meet even more of you.
A SaaS feature request is useful only when you know what the user is trying to finish.
1. Write down the task they were doing when they asked.
2. Ask what they do today when your product can't help.
3. Check whether other users hit the same blocker before adding it to the roadmap.
SaaS integrations should be in the plan, not sold as an upgrade.
Connecting your tools is setup, not a premium feature.

AI usage limits are great at revealing which task I was about to start.
It's always the one I just started.
Since openAI has closed the Pro 20x plan, I am considering buying a Claude Max 5x plan just to see what all the fuss is about with Opus & Fable
