You’re not an A&R cause you spotted a group of rappers on Twitter that are already being pushed by real teams & have mini distro deals. You’re not an A&R because you give hot takes either. You’re not an A&R cause you host song wars. You’re not an A&R cause you built a name off an artist that really did all the work you’re just known for working with them & now you’re just leveraging that. X Blogs are not A&R’s y’all wouldn’t dare post a small artist that you have zero affiliation towards. You don’t break or develop talent. Y’all just larp & say “I told you.”
