This might be a hot take but it’s my personal opinion: Once GTA 6 drops, I won’t be taking time off or staying up late. 1. After all, it’s just a game. There’s other things in life that is far more important and valuable. 2. My workplace is extremely small, only having 6 team members so I can’t afford to take leave. 3. I will just play GTA 6 and cruise through the storyline when I’m back from work and during the weekends/ public holidays. I’m still very hyped and excited to play GTA 6 don’t get me wrong. It’s just that I choose to set my priorities straight!

We've now had 2 employees in 2 months quit without giving 2 weeks notice. And look, nobody can force you to stay. But I genuinely think how you leave people matters. Commitments matter. Reputation matters. You don't get to treat every relationship as disposable just because you technically can.
