Transfer fees are now live on Meteora DBC.
Builders can now:
→ Launch tokens with fees that can be redistributed to holders
→ Keep or revoke fees after DAMM v2 migration
→ Use @Tessera_PE and @PreStocks tokens as quote assets
More ways to build on Meteora DBC.

What’s new:
→ One panel for creating positions & adding/removing liquidity
→ Max Slippage controls, accessible directly from the position panel
→ Split and Send liquidity positions

COMETAIL is in the @colosseum Crypto World's Fair, building for @MeteoraAG's Best Use of DBC track. @superteam @SuperteamEarn
What we're building, all open source:
- A DBC launchpad with 6 curve presets: Standard, Long, Flat, Exponential, USDC-paired, Stock-paired
- Sell your tail: got a coin that still earns fees? Sell those future fees for SOL today. DBC launch, DAMM v2 graduation, DLMM buybacks that burn
- Presets any launchpad can launch on, plus a public feed and TypeScript SDK

First update: the plumbing works
$COMETAIL is a launchpad on @MeteoraAG's Dynamic Bonding Curve with one thing I couldn't find anywhere else: you can sell your tail. Every launch is a comet, and its trading fees are the tail it leaves behind. Right now those fee streams are stuck with whoever holds them. Creator fee rights only move through private deals, and permanently locked DAMM v2 LP can't move at all.
How a tail sale works
- A creator deposits a live Meteora fee stream into a vault: DBC creator rights or a permanently locked DAMM v2 position.
- The vault launches a tail token on DBC (the tail of $CAT trades as tCAT), and the curve prices the stream.
- At graduation the creator gets a cash-out preset of 25, 50 or 75% of the raise. The rest goes into a compounding, permanently locked DAMM v2 pool.
- From then on, the stream's fees are harvested in SOL and placed as DLMM limit-order bids on the tail token. Filled tokens get burned.
- The creator also keeps 40% of the tail token's own curve trading fees, so selling your fees doesn't mean walking away.
No floor is promised. The bids are finite, public limit orders funded by real fee income, and they can run out if the stream dries up.
What's done
- The vault program in Anchor, with the deposit, launch, harvest, route and settle paths.
- Every Meteora integration was proven first in local tests against the live mainnet DBC, DAMM v2 and DLMM binaries: a program PDA acting as pool creator and claiming fees through CPI, DLMM limit orders placed, filled and cancelled through CPI, and every launch preset migrating through Meteora's live customizable config into compounding pools with native SOL.
- 31 tests passing. An internal security review is underway and its fixes land before devnet. I'd rather find problems now than after people deposit.
What's next
- Devnet deploy and a full end-to-end run with the keeper and indexer.
- The site at cometail.fun: launch a token, sell your tail, and The Sky, a live map of every Meteora fee stream where tail length is income.
- Mainnet, with a verifiable build published.
If you hold creator rights or locked LP on a Meteora launch that's still earning, I'd love to talk. Those are the first tails this is built for.

One thing I like the most about v2 is that the creator payout will no longer include the deployed token, but the token it was paired with. That could be ETH, USDG… or you know.. some more exotic tokens 😼
And this will also boost the @ponsdotfamily treasury

@thehoodedcash launched through Hoodlum Pad.
That means:
• Liquidity is permanently locked in the factory.
• The creator can't pull the LP.
• The launch mechanics are immutable and on-chain.
If you're going to criticize the project, criticize the code or the product, not something the launchpad has already made impossible.
