ICE HSI agent Kent Blacklidge who racially profiled and tackled US citizen Leo Venegas while trespassing at his worksite (the first of Leo's three illegal detainments) was just arrested for rape and child sex crimes. The agent's duties had included child sex investigations.
ICE wrestled Alabama worker to the ground & detain him for hoursāhe is a U.S. citizen.
Young man was begging & shouting, "I am a U.S. citizen"ābut that didn't stop ICE agents from dragging him off to a detention center.
Not following due process hurts us allāand our economy.
His family said that ICE agents did release him after he was finally given the opportunity to prove he was a U.S. citizenābut only after many hours.
