I want to be clear, I am tired of the narrative that the Big XII and ACC are one bid leagues for the CFP. It is ridiculous. In the Era of the Portal and NIL, there has never been more parity in CFB. Teams can’t stack 5⭐️s. . All teams have potential to have great rosters. With turnover of players, no team is the same or close to it from last year. So you base it on what? Pre-season Rankings? The ones based on FPI ? The FPI which is generated by ESPN? The ESPN which owns the media rights to the SEC? The ESPN that then constantly promotes the conference whose media rights they own as the best conference in CFB? The same ESPN that then uses those rankings to promote the SEC games in favorable time slots on ESPN and ABC? That then sells advertising at a premium to generate revenue? Yeah. That ESPN. I hate to break it to people, nobody wants to see the 4th, 5th, 6th or 7th place teams of any conference in the college football playoffs. Well, except for fans of those specific teams. By the way, did I mention that ESPN also owns the college football playoffs? Always follow the money. Money corrupts. Money has corrupted college football.

Hey, @UniversalORL , at HHN, I understand some people buy the fast pass, but you don’t have to let the regular line simply stop for an hour while you let all the fast pass people in. Just saying.

So Baylor just fired their coach. This should be fun on Friday Knight.

The SEC is NOT the best conference in CFB, they are just the most Propagandized. (Looking at you, ESPN). With the transfer portal and NIL there is more parity across college football than ever before. Every team has access to the same players. Either on the front end or the back end through the transfer portal. Saying the Big Ten is better than the big 12 is better than the AAC is ridiculous. Every year, every team is essentially a new team. That essentially means chaos every single year. That is the new college football, and frankly, it could be very good for the game. The only thing that will mess it up is that past bias impacts who can even compete for a national championship. Right now, I think I’m just going back to enjoying individual games for what they are. Support my teams when they win or lose, and hopefully I can find my love for the game again.

It’s 8:30am and my throat still hurts, I still can barely talk. Last night feels surreal. Watching UCF get positive press on ESPN is refreshing. It’s been a long time.

Today was a great day to take @miles_flash and 3 of his @TMAathletics Teammates to the @UCF_Football game! I think this was an experience they will never forget.
