1. I compiled Minecraft: Java Edition to native code with @graalvm. No JVM at runtime.
It runs modded on Xbox One and Series S, and a native modded server holds ~35 MSPT with 80 players. Same setup on HotSpot: ~200.

5. Servers are where it really pays off.
Native Forge (Arclight 1.20.1, 16 mods, 31 plugins):
- Startup: 24s vs ~1:15 on the JVM
- 1 player: ~5 MSPT vs 10–15
- 80 players: ~35 MSPT vs ~200
Native Folia and Purpur with plugin support are in the works.
