Love my Greek brother, but most children do have healthcare. Universal healthcare is an outcome not a method. Countries achieve it differently. Taxpayers fund massive amounts of healthcare that largely cover the poor & seniors (problematic with aging pop). We aren’t starting from zero, it’s about bridging the gap, which i think is moral, but not easy as a pandering slogan.

Even the Nazis included “Socialist” in their party’s name as part of their political branding and recruitment, then went on to build a racist, ultranationalist regime that committed atrocities by any means necessary.
