2023: 114 penalties (4th-most)
2024: 119 penalties (T-5th-most)
2025: 118 penalties (T-8th-most)
And before the Giants game, Houston had 48 penalties, which was tied for 10th-most. Now they're up to 58 after today.
Stop blaming the players, DeMeco Ryans and the coaching staff is the common denominator.
