Imagine, at that time I was feeling defeated and didn’t believe that my work was having any impact or even mattered.
This is the same @cvspharmacy that didn’t have his medication when the doctor called it in & told me they had to order it. So today when I went to get it not even a courtesy for the time it took me to travel and honor the time I arrived. Instead he said I could go to the 24hr
Location 24 hours away. This is disgusting, especially when seniors are involved. The @cvspharmacy location is 1249 Nostrand Avenue: no wonder why the have a 2 ⭐️ rating
Also disheartening is that he said an announcement was made. Again if I’m on line and it’s 5:57. How can you turn away a customer @cvspharmacy? The ratings don’t lie and my experience is proof that they do not care about their customers or what you claim to stand for.
@cvspharmacy I came to CVS at 5:57pm I was told that the store is closed. I asked the pharmacist, Arif why I couldn’t be served he said the pharmacy closed at 6pm, I was 3rs in line it was 5:57 my dad who is a senior couldn’t get his medication.

For nearly 2 months my dad has been in the a rehabilitation facility following being hospitalized for a few days been a full/time job managing his care and holding members of the healthcare team accountable for communication and ensuring his needs are being met.
I just really wish that people in positions of service remember that one day the tables will turn and if you are ever hospitalized or your health is compromised, you would want someone to treat you with compassion as every patient deserves.
