Three keys to living a great life
One - Start your day with gratitude. Heat. Air conditioning. A cup of coffee. You’re alive. That’s not small.
Second — celebrate your friends’ wins. Be the first call when something good happens. If you can strain envy and jealousy out of your system, you’ll live lighter, and you’ll never lack for relationships.
Third, do something you love. I’ve got kids in the arts. I didn’t push them to Wall Street. Money’s great, but meaning lasts longer. As Mel Brooks said, relax — none of us is getting out of here alive.
Gratitude. No envy. Do what you love. That’s the formula.

(1/3) It needs repeating: in 1994, Ukraine was persuaded to give up its nuclear weapons to Russia in return for the US, the UK, and Russia guaranteeing Ukraine’s sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity.

This is Marco Rubio explaining how the USA promised to defend Ukraine forever if they got rid of their nuclear arsenal left after the Soviet Union fell.
This is why lil marco was sinking into the couch. He was hoping we wouldn’t find it…so don’t RT right now this very second.

How is @mfa_russia still chairing the @UN Security Council?
How is Lavrov still making speeches in New York and shaking hands with everyone while russia does this to Ukraine?
Please share - this needs to be seen by as many people as possible.

Since February, Russia has killed 184 Ukrainian athletes. And now Mr. Bach is quoting Emmanuel Macron as allegedly saying “sports should not be politicized” and athletes from Ukraine, Russia and Belarus should be treated equally. Using sports to whitewash war crimes is sickening.
