Hot take after 20 years of trading:
Sitting at a screen all day is not a trading strategy. It is a punishment.
I figured this out the hard way. Spent years glued to charts, overtrading, overthinking, and making the market my entire personality. Spoiler: it did not end well.
These days I trade a focused session, post my calls live, and go live my actual life.
This account is my public trading journal. Alerts, analysis, recaps. Wins and losses. All of it, unfiltered.
No services. No subscriptions. No DMs. Just a 20 year veteran who finally figured out there is more to life than staring at candles.
If that sounds like something worth following, welcome. 馃

THE BELL RANG.
Today's mistakes have been finalized.
Tomorrow's mistakes are now available for preorder.
I can spend 90 minutes trading and the rest of the day doing things that have absolutely nothing to do with the S&P 500.
Turns out the market doesn't require adult supervision.

The goal isn't to leave every trading session feeling like you survived a natural disaster.
If you're emotionally exhausted by 10 AM every day, we may need to revisit the process.

Good morning!
There's nothing wrong with changing your mind when the chart changes.
That's called trading.
Refusing to change it is called something else.

There is a certain kind of trader who sees a chart moving beautifully in one direction and immediately starts searching for reasons to trade the other.
I admire the commitment to making life difficult.

A trader with a solid process doesn't need every session to be memorable.
In fact, the forgettable ones are rather pleasant.
Less explaining things to your spouse.
