The reason she can’t be charged for drinking while pregnant and her child coming out with a disability, is because that would open the floodgates of women being charged for birthing disabled children, even if they had a sober pregnancy. A child can be born with very similar developmental, behavioral, or cognitive disabilities even if the mother was completely sober. The only way it would be feasible to charge her for child abuse, is for what she does to her child after he’s born.
For the record because we have a retard saying he has psychosis. To have psychosis means you are OUT OF TOUCH WITH REALITY. Go look it up if you don’t believe someone that went to school for this. Reggie IS NOT out of touch with reality he knows exactly what is going on he knows who is who, he knows who he is and what happened to him. It is disgusting to put a mental illness on someone because they’re speaking their truth. We ALL will go through a breaking point at some point and to write it off as a mental illness is so irresponsible and sad. HE NEEDS THERAPY and that’s all it comes down to
NOBODY ELSE should be taking care of YOUR kids but YOU. That’s the fucking point that y’all fail to grasp, help is GREAT and a village is GREAT but having someone else full blown raise your child in an entirely different state before their teenage years and you claim to have millions? That is SELFISH and insane. Kids don’t give af about money! They care about WHO was there for them.
And for the record BOTH of my grandmas were heavily involved in my life I had a village trust. Even being raised by a single mother i went to sleep and woke up wit my mother everyday, she took me to school, she bought my clothes, etc there were times my grandparents helped but hey didn’t RAISE me. She didn’t dump me off on her mom or my dad’s mom because she had too much going on, she took accountability and responsibility for the children she had even if it was hard.

I want you to go watch the interview of the guy who started barrio athletics. He stated he’s fully aware that communities that were once black in LA have been taken over by Hispanics. So by him acknowledging that alone he knows how it can look. I. Their ad they used the words..
This interview proves that they are FULLY aware that they have taken over predominately black areas in LA. So why black people are stopping them shouldn’t be a shock to them. They are known to take things over I appreciate his honestly because if you talk to black people from LA you’d think it’s full of black people when it’s not.
