Yesterday I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. I'll have to take medications for the rest of my life to deal with my thyroid producing less hormones than average. Sucks this happened in my 20s instead of 60s.

One of the better Cyberpunk lore concepts is that there used to be one big internet and in 2022 one guy fucked it up so bad that they had to shut it down and go back to several smaller networks and they keep the corpse of the old one in a basement somewhere.
