Writing is such a chaotic act.
One day, you read an old
journal and read a poem
you don't remember writing,
and connect with it, like
someone else wrote it
but knew your truth.
Other days, you read your
old journal and find a page
with simply the words,
"Drugs and Wheat Thins."
I deleted any hint of me,
wiped out decades of
evolution into who
I have become.
Good Luck finding my soul,
I buried it deep inside the
