Some are gullible, yes, but a lot of them are not kids. We have 30+ and 40+ fools in that camp that should know better, but will rather be on the side of popular opinion, than common sense. They have friends saying and retweeting hateful stuff against their ethnic group, but they will give them a pass. When it's time to give a one-sided lecture to other yorubas about bigotry they will rise up, like the useful idiots they are. They are cowards.
The SW has the most gullible, impressionable and self-hating youths in the entire country. Their counterparts from other regions have realized this so they guide and use them like pawns and puppets for their own agendas. Alot must be done to change this unfortunate situation.

I am in church in Benin for a Thanksgiving Mass, and surprisingly, the entire Mass proceeding is conducted 100% in the Igbo language. The songs, readings, congregational responses—everything! I was told that today is designated as Igbo Mass. Please, do they also have special days for other ethnic groups in the Southeast?

To be clear, I do not pity Serah Ibrahim, in fact I’ve had a strong distaste for her since I saw that she was one of the “good governance” folks cheering Harry the bigot. I am also well aware that if she was still in the good graces of the movement and anyone tweeted what she is tweeting now, she would be leading the dragging team. However, my standard for what is right or wrong isn’t determined by who I like. Regardless of how I feel about her, the way she’s being treated by her own clan is despicable, it literally validates the "fascist" tag Wole Soyinka gave them. How many more allies will they alienate and push to the wall, only to tag their dissent as "working for the enemy"? They aren’t even in power yet, but they are already cosplaying Robespierre’s Jacobin Reign of Terror.

I went through @osemagnum posts yesterday and that of @Oluwamidunsin , and honestly, I was very disappointed with you, @osemagnum. I'm not one of your X crew who cannot tell you when you're wrong. On this particular issue, you were wrong. How can you argue with a fellow doctor who has experienced pregnancy firsthand, using textbook knowledge, clinical observations and assumptions from watching pregnant women, as though these give you the same experiential understanding as someone who has actually gone through pregnancy? Let me be clear. I'm not dismissing medical education. I'm saying there is a difference between knowing about an experience and actually experiencing it. You can study pregnancy for years, understand reproductive anatomy, complications, contractions, labour and delivery. You can become a highly qualified gynaecologist or obstetrician. But you cannot claim to know exactly how pregnancy feels simply because you studied it. You can understand menstruation medically, but you cannot tell a woman what it feels like to experience it. Even men who enter the labour room to watch their wives give birth only witness what their wives actually experience. There is a recognised concept in medicine called patient expertise or experiential knowledge. Ian Kennedy's article, Patients are experts in their own field, published in the British Medical Journal, explains that doctors have clinical expertise while patients have knowledge of their own experiences, feelings, fears and realities. Both forms of knowledge matter. Read: pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/article… Interestingly, research on doctors who became patients themselves has shown how firsthand experiences can change their understanding of healthcare and their approach to treating patients. Read: pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/article… If doctors themselves can discover a different dimension of healthcare by becoming patients, why is it difficult to acknowledge that women who have experienced pregnancy possess a dimension of knowledge that men who have never been pregnant cannot personally possess? Now, let's address your long epistles about whether a woman would tell foreign bodies that pregnancy is a death sentence if asked. Excuse me! Have you seen the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights publication titled "When pregnancy and birth are a death sentence", published on 24 October 2025? This is an international conversation about preventable maternal deaths, women's experiences and failures in healthcare systems. But of course you and your best friend Wizard or whatever is his name said internationally, pregnancy isn't regarded as a death sentence. Maybe he knows more than the United nations. According to WHO estimates, approximately 260,000-300,000 women died from pregnancy-related causes in 2023. That's roughly one-two women every two minutes, 712 to 1000 women in a day. Source: who.int/news-room/fact-sheet… When women say pregnancy can be a death sentence, understand that it is a figure of speech, a metaphor communicating the dangers, suffering, complications and sometimes fatal consequences of pregnancy and childbirth. Nobody is claiming every pregnancy ends in death. You can disagree with the wording, present medical statistics and explain that many women have healthy pregnancies. That's valid. But you cannot use your medical qualification to invalidate women's lived experiences. Why should a woman need international approval before she is allowed to describe what pregnancy feels like? I am not one of your X friends. I'm not here to cheer you on when your argument falls below the bare minimum. Being educated should make us more willing to learn, not more arrogant about things we have never experienced. You can be an expert on pregnancy without being an expert on what it feels like to be pregnant. Please learn the difference. ~Tejiomo

No matter how many books you read or how many pregnant women you attend to as a male doctor, you will never know what it feels like to carry a pregnancy yourself. You can understand the medical aspect, but you cannot speak over women about an experience you can never have firsthand. The fact that you are a doctor doesn't make women's experiences less valid. Sometimes, being knowledgeable also means knowing the limits of what you know.

I have seen the video and it’s quite distasteful that people still employ self-help to recover items given unconditionally to loved ones when the relationship was still good. 1. A gift is complete once it is given and accepted. The moment he handed the phone and wig to her and she accepted them, they became her property. The breakup does not change that. An unconditional gift cannot be taken back because the relationship has ended. 2. However, there’s an exception where a gift is made on a condition. For example, gifts given because of a planned marriage may be recovered if the marriage does not happen. A phone and a wig given to a girlfriend are ordinary gifts which doesn’t bind you to people for life. So, on what basis is he recovering the gifts? The mere fact that the relationship has ended? 3. Taking back her property without her consent can amount to stealing. Section 383 of the Criminal Code defines stealing as fraudulently taking anything capable of being stolen. He might claim that he honestly believed the items were still his, and section 23 of the Criminal Code makes an honest claim of right a defence. However, that defence is hard to sustain when he knew he had already given the items away. 4. Using force to collect them even makes the matter worse. Pushing or struggling with her or the traders to take the items back can amount to assault. Even when a person has a genuine right to a property, the law does not allow them to recover it through self-help and force. If anything had gone wrong (maybe an accident or injury), he would be in bigger trouble 5. People should learn to let go when they have given out an unconditional gift. If there was a real condition attached to the gift and it wasn’t fulfilled, the remedy is to make a demand and go to court. Seizing it and causing ruckus can lead to bigger problems if not well managed.
🤣🤣🤣🤦🏻‍♂️

And Tunde Onakoya that was subjected to public ridicule is the national secretary of APC abi? Ode ni gbogbo yin like.
Someone called Obidients “noisemakers” for not giving Phyno the Davido treatment after Phyno posted a picture of him and Seyi Tinubu. For one, Phyno has never publicly aligned with any political party or participated in political activities. If anything, he openly supported Peter Obi in the last election. Davido, on the other hand, is politically exposed. He played a critical role in the last Osun election and publicly denounced the APC, assuring he'd never associate with the party. But barely 48 hours later, he was seen frolicking with Wike and the APC caucus, the same people he denounced. Worse still, his Uncle declared support for the APC and is working hard for Tinubu’s re-election. Comparing Phyno’s pose with Seyi and Davido’s realignment with the APC is a mere irrational attempt at mischief. Worse still the person made a subtle attempt to spark a tribal debate over the issue. Someone should tell her that if she wants to join the APC or the ADC, she should do so with her full chest and stop talking through the corners.✍️
