He is talking about marrying off 13-year-old girls as if these children are commodities, not human beings with rights, dignity and futures of their own. Only someone who sees girls as inferior or not fully human could call child marriage “beneficial.” Children have a right to childhood, not marriage. Absolutely shameful and disgraceful.
