Instead, he called her to his room, allegedly drugged her, raped her and filmed it. He then threatened to leak the video. The girl did not stay silent. In July 2023, she filed a POCSO case against constable Vishal Bharti. Sent to jail. What happened next? He spent just over 6 months in jail. To weaken the case, Vishal allegedly paid Sakeena Khatoon to file a fake rape case against the victim (10th class) girl's father, who works in Mumbai. This was a cross case, to pressure the family.
