People, including those that demo it to show "bad perf hit", don't use Profiler correctly. rpc batch,sqlbatch,dur,cpu/reads/writes/rowcnt,start,dbid,spid,query. Exclude "exec sp_reset_connection" (saving up to 50% of calls for .NET apps). Use ALL THE TIME!
