Many times in the first yrs of therapy I thought theres no point going on-recovery just isnt inside me. Mind you after hrs of trying to push out my son I nearly gave up convinced the lack of progress meant a baby wasnt inside me😂 DONT GIVE UP the ability to recover is inside you
