Your calendar is a practice plan for your leadership.
And you wouldnβt leave an essential part of player development out of your practice plan and simply hope it happens.

Ask yourself, how hard have you worked to make your TEAM better? Not your stats. Not your spotlight. Your TEAM. A roster full of players chasing their own shine will always fall short. But a group of unselfish, disciplined, team-first competitors? Thatβs an unstoppable force!

One of the most memorable leadership lessons @erinmatsonn shared came from a conversation she had with legendary coach, @CoachMackBrown.
"Your people need to know that you'll fight for them."
When your players, staff, or team know you'll advocate for them, support them, and stand beside them...
